For best results please follow our guidelines.  If your submitted file is not the appropriate print-ready size, our graphic designers will attempt to adjust your image for $45 p/hour.

File Formats:  We only accept flattened layer .PDF and .JPG files.

Resolution: File formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution.

CMYK Color Mode:  Artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode, not RGB.

Add Bleeds:  All files must be designed to the full bleed dimension specified for each trim size.  Many standard size .PDF templates are available on our website and provide information on safe zones, trims, bleeds and folds for every one of our products. If you are unable to find the product template for your project, please request a complimentary design template prior to starting your design to ensure it meets our print-ready criteria.
